Alkor Membrane

In 1997, Sarnian were the first company within the Channel Islands to provide ‘ Alkor Single ply roofing’ which is a waterproof, durable PVC product that only requires hot air welding, rather than naked flames, and therefore has minimal associated risk. It comes with a 20 year warranty and life expectancy of about 40 years. This flexible roofing system can only be installed by approved contractors who are trained and quality-assured. It is also environmentally friendly as it can be applied on top of existing faulty waterproof roofing, and so avoiding materials being sent to landfill.

We work with RENOLIT, which has been setting trends for synthetic roofing membranes in Europe for over 45 years. Their wide range of single ply roofing membranes and innovative roof systems are used worldwide in new construction and renovation projects.
